The T9000 wireless throttle comes with many exciting and \r\noften requested features while retaining the same physical \r\nsize as the award winning AirWire900 RF1300. The most \r\nobvious addition is the big bold digital display. This \r\ndisplay provides continuous information about the \r\nlocomotive including the ability to instantly show the \r\npresent speed value being transmitted.\r\n\r\nNew to this throttle is the ability to store up to 15 \r\naddresses along with their associated speed and direction \r\ninformation. At any time, the locomotive address may be \r\nrecalled from memory with the throttle instantly matching \r\nthe previously stored speed and direction. A new rotary \r\nencoder speed knob is used to scroll through the memory \r\nselections.\r\n\r\nAnother new addition is the use of a 1/2 wave antenna. \r\nThis style antenna provides improved performance within \r\nthe typical confines of your railroad.\r\n\r\nThe new power supply design provides a 50% increase in \r\nbattery life. A special symbol illuminates when the \r\nbatteries have abour 15 minutes of useful life remaining. \r\nThe same low cost alkaline AAA cells may be used or you \r\ncan take advantage of rechargeable NiMH or NiCad cells.
